Our technicians Robin made a tutorial on how to hand soldering soft pack battery pack, which is used in presentation software package is A123 LiFePO4 , 20AH batteries cell.

1: use the appropriate batteries, batteries type, voltage, resistance need to match, please do the balance of batteries before assembly.

Cut electrode and punch.

2: calculate the distance based on the hole, tailoring insulating plate.

3: fixed screws, use flange nuts prevent the nut off, having a good screw connected, the battery pack can be fixed up.

4: Connect and wire, connect voltage acquisition line (balanced line), do not add BMS when welding, to avoid BMS  burn by accidental .

5: silicone insulation fixed again, this will be a long time curing silicone ...

6: Place the BMS,  this is the last chance to do battery cell balance before the assembly of the battery, you can do a balanced via wire- line (balance line).

7: Used insulation board and then to fix the entire battery pack, packaged with nylon tape, nylon tape compare endurance.

8: Another overall package of batteries, be sure to secure the batteries and BMS.

9: The final package is complete, the input and output lines are made of silicone.
